Bisping says Rockhold turned down Jacare

I was under the impression Jacare turned down the title fight because of surgery.
Bisping joined Dan and Jay on FOX Sports Live and said that it was in fact Luke Rockhold who turned down Jacare.

'Requires Surgery' translates to 'Turned down fight due to no balls'

I know he's just thrash talking and its all in good jest but in no other sport do people get shit on from going under the knife, I am sure most would prefer to fight than get knocked out by gas and fondled by the doctor before surgery.
