It matters because he'll be a UFC champ. Very few people get to fight in the UFC.
Can't argue with the logic "he will lose his next fight 100% anyways".

On the subject of being too old, Randy Couture says hi.
I think you'll find he actually beat 'Andersin' via not clowning around.

Like him or not, he's a veteran who's (win or lose) had some memorable fights. I don't think he's as naturally gifted as most and has got here through hard work. Put aside the talk for a minute as there's way worse offenders on the current roster.

Deserves cred for his contribution to the sport, in addition to stepping up to the plate on short notice. Personally I don't think he's got a hope in hell but would rather see Rockhold v Bisping given the options available. Good to see him finally get a TS, looking forward to 199.
