Does anyone have some good advice for some biometric training. I've been training a few months. I lift weights, cardio, ground and stand-up, but alot of guys i train with do biometrics. I'd like to improve my training and wouldn't know really where to start.
 
Im pretty sure it has to do with making your body used to the movements of fighting. Muscle memory training.
 
In that case...Do whatever it is that you want to work on A LOT. Hit the heavy bag and drill combos. 50 armbars from each side. 50 triangles from each side, etc.
