Frank Warren will not risk a fighter of his against another promoters, he feeds his fighters stiffs for years upon years to line the coffers, BJS wont go anywhere near Smith, and no doubt he will go down the deluded Fury route, saying that he is fighter proper fighters, and Smith is ducking everyone.
That is nailed on to happen.

Fury has recently came out in the press, and stated that Joshua hasnt fought anyone, and is avoiding fighting top fighters.....while he is taking on an unknown fighter next...this has nothing to do with money..and more to do with the drivel that piles out of Fury's and Warrens chops

AJ has fought and beat way better competition than Wilder and Fury combined. Wilder's best win is Ortiz and that's his only top 10 win. Fury's best win is Wlad 4 years ago and he hasn't beaten a ranked guy since. AJ has beaten Whyte, Wlad, Parker, Breazeale, and Povetkin. All top 10 fighters.

Possibly. They both turned down fights with him though. Wilder turned down a $100m 3 fight deal and Fury turned down a 60/40 split. AJ can't fight people who don't wanna fight him.
