It would not surprise me; doctors are paid to rebuild the body and steroids are one way they do it... however, you can't have them in your system while preparing for or participating in a scheduled bout in which they are banned.

Doctors can't prescribe illegal synthetic steroids. They can prescribe endogenous hormones like TRT, HGH or stuff like clomid.
