I'm sure everybody freely agreed to it, I don't know if you can give someone permanent irrevocable consent to use your genetic material and information. The lawyers will work that out pretty quickly im sure.

I never understood why people would willingly SEND there DNA to a company to supposedly find out what your racial make up is, their tests are fishy too like someone made them up Id see people say they had sub Saharan African and east asian but which its like a vague statement., it was fishy now they have your DNA and can do whatever they want with it and have you on file.

I remember I've seen on some Russian forum about genetics and stuff people were saying that there is more accurate tests/companies than 23andMe if you want to learn about your ancestry but 23andMe good for medical purposes. Like if you want to know to what sicknesses/diseases you prone or what is in your DNA/can transmit to your children.
