How is it different than women training with him? It's not like he's some extremely handsome dude that would cause women and gay men to completely forget about learning BJJ/MMA and day dream about him instead. lol

i think its fine to refuse to roll around on the ground with whoever the fuck you dont want to roll around on the ground with

i thin its absurd that you should ever have to engage in so much physical contact with someone just because you did with someone else and you don't want to leave them out

i think its horrible to go out of ones way to harm gays, but i think its equally terrible when gays force people to service them. like when a baker said it was against his religious beliefs to cater a gay wedding, and they legally forced him to do it

I rolled with a guy once who had lots of product in his hair, was wearing mascara, and kept saying things like "oh my" with a huge grin on his face when I would throw up a triangle or something that puts us in a somewhat suggestive position. It was pretty inappropriate, and I wouldn't roll with that guy again.

That said, I have other training partners who are gay who never do anything but have a normal roll and try to improve their BJJ games.

I think it's wrong for Nog to paint both types with the same brush, but I can see where he's coming from.

Don't ask don't tell.

He said he would rather not roll with one. That is his choice. No big deal. Some people aren't comfortable with gay guys touching them.

He says he holds no ill will towards gays. If he isn't comfortable with it why would anyone think that he would have to do it or that he should do it?

If a woman said the same basic thing about straight guys no one would get upset.

"malice" is a weird word choice but it's probably a matter of translating Portuguese to English.

ive rolled with attractive women before,but man

i know how much i love jiu jitsu,i would really hate to make it creepy for someone else.


maybe nog just had a bad experience once who knows
