Which is the most effective? Biggest game changer? We saw what bigfoots hammerfisting did to Fedors right eye. We saw what jones Hellbows did to Shoguns entire face. I say bigfoot

The biggest effect from Jones' hellbows, is the cuts they open. Nasty cuts that bleed a lot.

Bigfoot wins though by sheer physics. The dude weighs 280, has good technique, and has a pretty good gas tank for as big as he is.

I think Anderson Silva's elbows might be worse... Spider might not have the same strength as Bones or Bigfoot but his technique is great & the result is elbows that maim.

One of the best strikes of all time, and I'm not a Silva fan.

OT: Don't wanna pick. A beating from Jones just seems more inevitable, though. When Silva gets top position it isn't like watching somebody use a cheat code in a videogame; a terrible position for his opponent, sure, but not the sense of near-immediate doom that it feels like when Jones posts up on somebody.
