big arms

hey everyone this is my very first post and i have a question i am 15 years old and i wrestle kickbox and lift on a day to day basis and what i was curious about was how to bulk up your arms i mean like to get the most size out of them. I kinda figured tricep mostly but to be honest im lost so if some of you older guys could help me out i would b forever grateful. thanks
 
Well............ There isn't exactly one way to bulk up that arm, but the fastest would be..........

I guess keeping your reps about 6-10 and 3 sets to stimulate growth.

Do some dips, close grip bench, etc for the triceps and rows and chin ups for biceps.
 
Bigger your arms more difficult to put on the choke.
Besides that I thought posts like this were against the rules.
