Big 4 Comp - Halfway point check-in

I haven't been as consistent as I should with my lifting but I have been making steady gains. I just calculated my 1RM based off of my last workout for each lift and so far I'm 200 + lbs for my lifts so DrBdan's team should be on the right track. Obviously my large gains are due to the fact that I had just started working squat and deadlift a few months prior to the comp and I know estimated maxes aren't always indicative of the real thing but I'm happy with my progress so far and cant wait to see where I'm at at the end of the year.
