Betting odds - Romero(+170) vs Rockhold(+150) - win/win?

5Dimes has Romero at +170 (+160 now I think) [wager 100 and to get 260 back]

And BetDSI has Rockhold at +150. [wager 100 and to get 250 back]

If you put $100 on both these guys on the respective sites, you are guaranteed to win, unless it goes to a draw of course.

Right? Or am I missing something. I don't have an account on BetDSI, but if anyone has accounts on both these sites, you might wanna put some down.

EDIT: BetDSI odds are wrong. They show it as +150 on their main page, but when you login it shows -180 for Rockhold.

yoou are right. if you bet 100 on each (total 200) you would win $60 if romero wins and $50 if rockhold wins.

That's 25 to 30% return on your money nearly gauranteed.

That has to be a mistake.... if it were due to the weight issue (not) than all places would take line down and adjust to whatever....but if you're able to take advantage if someone made huge mistake- go for it

You wont find arbitrage opportunities like this anymore. There are programs that search for them across hundreds of bookies, and people max betting them for a 0.5% return.

You get the money you bet back if you win as well.

You are right. BetDSI advertises the line as +150 on their page. But if you login (I made an account) it shows -180.

Yes i believe you do. A 160 odd means 100 will result in a 260 payout iirc.

Not a gambler either so might be wrong... but i'm pretty sure.

Yeah the payout if 260, so 160 profit. Or overall 60 profit.
