Color of Money was just on TV. Gets better every time I see it.

Has anyone ever heard of an open mat type scenario where guys are betting on their rolls?

I could only imagine the level of sandbagging and hustling but that would just be part of the game.

At one of my old dojos one of the managers was tossing five to the winners of an after hours match. Nothing major occurred.

One of my former coaches had a $50 hit out on his head, any of his students who submitted him earned $50.

Well, he did end up paying up once haha, and was a great sport about it

Paying students for taps sounds like a great way for injuries to happen.

so basically the first time you watched it regular
the last time, which was the second, you watched it with the sound off
next time you will just watch the credits and nothing else and it will be even more awesomer

He's getting to close to the truth.

Do we silence him?

When I was like 20 I used to bet marines I could tap them at house parties.

Submission by lugwrench pays 20:1.

Whatever happened to keeping it playful?

You don't compete 4-5-6 days a week and when you just finished an hour or two long class though right?
