Better Striking, Maia or Shields?

Maia by far. Shield's strikes have no power behind them and less technical.

I wish Maia had shown more of his stand up. Shields has some decent kicks, but he's so awkward when he uses his hands. I feel like if anyone at 170 swung at him with reckless abandon, he would certainly cover up.
