Better potential success in MMA: prime Riner vs prime Karelin?

Two dominant champions: Teddy Riner and Aleksandr Karelin. With seriuos training and preparations, who would do better at HW UFC division?

 

Karelin even with only his knowledge of wrestling could have beat almost every guy from ufc in the early years.

 

Karelin with modern day training methods and some years to prepare would be a fucking animal in mma.

Karelin would have killed a fool but would not be able to compete at HW due to weighing in more than a bull.

 

Depends if usada is included. If so, Karelin wouldn't be cleared to fight or show up skinny fat.

Even if Karelin sucked at MMA striking, he could lay he way to the top of the division. Judo competitors, even medalists, have shown a tendency to get knocked out in MMA.

Karelin could never pass a usada test and he sucked in mma anyway. He had one fight and it sucked ass. That guy was called the experiment for a reason. He was loaded up on every Soviet era steroid there was. Riner might be able to pass usada but only because hes experienced in passing olympic testing with modern advanced methods. Doesnt matter though because he already expressed zero interest in mma and actually a disdain for it and would get destroyed anyway.

 

Rinner would be the goat easilly imo

 

And how would USADA randomly test him deep in Siberia?
