JoeB had an ATG career @ BW and is now the clearcut #2 @ FLW. He had an impressive outing against Formiga and a very competitive fight with the king Mighty Mouse.

JDS had a historic run @ HW arguably only losing 1 round since his sub loss prior up to the Mir fight. He got battered by Cain in the rematch and then had an amazing performance where he outstruck and KOd Mark Hunt.

Which fighter is better right now?

Tough one. You could make a case for both fighters but I think Joe B is more well rounded

Well, let's rephrase the question: Who wins in a cage match?

well the lower weight classes are alot more techincal,so on techincal side ud have to say Joe b,but in terms of effectiveness in there divisions its Jds and who would win in a fight is obvious.

But who u have as taking a round before the second cain fight from Jds?

only way to find out is to put them both in the cage.

While JDS would obviously win a real fight P4P Benavidez is a better fighter. Benavidez has KO power and speed in a FLW division believed to be just about speed. He also almost won the BW title barely coming up short against Cruz.

If you threw the two of them into a prison cell for 10 years, I'm pretty sure JDS will be the one pitching

Not even remotely close, Benevidez is better at every facet of MMA. If a BW or flyweight threw as loose and wild as JDS does, he'd never land a punch. It's a different world at BW/FLW, it's all about technique and speed. It always has an advantage in p4p techniques because p4p the whole division is much more skilled than HW/LHW.

JDS, he has finished many great fighters and I feel it's harder to have the kind of dominance he has had at the heavier weight classes

Both are amazing fighters. I personally think JDS is better
