Faber imo..

Much longer career, achieved more (just not in UFC), overall more impressive wins (yes and I realize Barao beat Faber twice)...

Barao was unstoppable for about 3-4 years, and then TJ murked him and he's never looked the same...

Faber has continued to remain a top 5 fighter for the past 10+ years now...

Barao because people believed the P4P meme long enough that it will be remembered. All Faber is known for is losing title shots and having an ass crack on his face, and being a 40 year old refering to himself as a kid.

Renan has the better record and two wins over Faber head to head. But I'd say Uriah has fought the tougher competition over the duration of his career in the better orgs. Uriah's run as champ in the WEC was pretty impressive. I think Faber edges Barao out due to that.

Barão went undefeated 9 years with only a split decision loss on his record, 32-1 and he is current 33-4 so the same wins as Faber and much less losses.
He was on a 9 fight win streak in WEC\UFC, won 3 interim world championships when Cruz was out and was made officially the UFC BW champ, and in the process beat Faber twice. Barão better career.

Well considering Renan did something Faber never done was win a UFC title. Also Barao beat Faber twice.

Faber, for sure.

I'd say Faber had a better overal career than both guys (Barao and Brown) who beat him twice in championship fights.
Faber had a huge impact on the sport, carrying the WEC to the big leagues, and establishing a world class gym with top fighters.

Beter career = more money and fame

Barao had everyone believing he was PFP one of the best. Faber never had anyone thinking that about him. So basically you're comparing a higher peak to consistency.

Have to go with Barao. People like to talk like the WEC was the UFC when in reality it wasn't. Barao wasn't there, Conor McGregor wasn't there and heaps of others. When Barao got to the UFC he continued to beat everyone until his best days were behind him. Faber never won a proper world championship and always managed to stay just outside the top when he was fighting in the global promotion. Hate to say it because I like Faber.
