Does anyone here take them? All my life I have been an extremely high strung person. Always on edge, always stressing to the maximum about something. Even if life is good, I will invent something to stress about to the point where it has an extremely negative impact on my life. Probably 50% of my day is trying to calm myself down from stress/paranoia. Even if amazing things happen and I'm having one of the best days of my life, I'll just move the goalpost and think "well, thats great but I still have X to worry about"

Cant take benzos. How do beta blockers work in comparison? I've heard of stage performers taking them before performing. I just need something that doesn't have high abuse potential to level me tf out so I dont feel like I could snap at any moment.

Please dont suggest meditating or some motivation podcast/speech. they can only do so much, although I do utilize those things a lot.

When I was young I had some anger issues. I found something at a natural vitamin place, or at least my GF did, and they helped.

From time to time I like to take a dose of "stop being such a lil bitch", it works wonders.

    Beta blockers block adrenaline.

The stress thing you talk about is not really adrenaline related how i understand it but more anxiety type stuff

What about weed? Maybe not the best for paranoia, but it could help you find some chill.

Also, try relativating everything you worry about. You have to reprogram yourself.

I took them once and couldn't view the Sherdog forums as a result.

If dose to high or have a sensitivity can cause depression, moodiness, weight gain, and fatigue, And possible sexuals dysfunction, like lower libido and imPotence.

Unless you have severe hypertension or heart disease, I don’t really see any need in your case.
    I don’t think they’d help u out, but I could be wrong.

So much of what you type is subtly hella ghey, but that is like “in your face, make you uncomfortable” ghey.
PS, any blocking you do will be beta blocking, based on your bitch ass nature.

    whats your problem?

weed makes me extremely uncomfortable. I used to be a daily smoker but had a panic attack years ago and havent been able to enjoy it since. I miss it tho

Try CBD. It literally cures everything according to a flyer at my local gas station. And a flyer at my local organic market. And a flyer at my local gym. And a flyer at my local massage parlor.

I've been on them about 3 months for high blood pressure. That's what their for. They dont have any effect on your personality or emotions or anything like that. They basically reduce the constriction of your veins so your heart dosent have to beat as hard.
