According to the supreme court of Canada, Sexual acts with an animal are okay, so long as there is no penetration.

The court ruled a 7-1 majority that bestiality required penetration.

That is fucking horrible. But bestiality is surprisingly legal in many first world countries. Germany, I believe, just recently made it illegal again, but it, and several other countries (I think Belgium, Amsterdam) have a huge animal sex tourism industry. I remember reading a horrible story out of Germany about a street gang that stole a woman's dog from outside the grocery store and gangraped it.

I don't understand why anyone would legalize sexual acts with animals. I don't understand so much of the world.

I hate to say this about my home province, but some of the women in Alberta are such cows that marrying an animal is a much more attractive alternative.

I don't see why this is even a big deal to some people? We should be supportive and encouraging of all types of sexual preferences. The key is to be inclusive and I don't see why people are making such a big deal out of it. I guarantee you those opposing this in anyway shape or form are the worst people in regards to environmental and animal welfare.
