best way to cook your eggs for protein

    anybody know the REAL way in eating eggs for healthy nutritioning (for gaining weight without gaining fat)

    throwing away the yolk...do i just eat the white part raw, eat it boiled, or eat it fried with olive oil? i wanna start eating at least three eggs per day, how can i see the best results?

    • Heat some organic coconut oil or butter in a skillet. Yes, organic. You want clean fats.
    • Crack and throw in your eggs. Add a little water, and cover with a tight lid. Keep those yolks intact.
    • Cook on med-high for about 7-8 minutes.
    • Remove the lid, and slide onto your plate full of veggies.
    If you throw away the yolks, I'll come to your house and beat you like a rented mule.
