The #15 ranked guys at BW (Nurmagomedov) and FW (Topuria) are likely good enough to beat some top 5 guys in their divisions.

At LW, Jalin Turner (soon to be ranked), Damir Ismagulov, and Guram Kutataledze are all elite unranked talent that could compete with the top guys. They'll get there soon enough, but the division is just stacked with talent.
