If an event doesn't have a live gate listed, that's because it wasn't disclosed to the public (most international events).

If an event has a black background with white font, that denotes the event being Pre-TUF 1 Finale.

Best Live Gate Post-TUF 1 Finale: UFC 205 ($17.7 mil)
    Worst Live Gate Post-TUF 1 Finale: UFC 122 ($600 k)

Best Live Gate Pre-TUF 1 Finale: UFC 40 ($1.5 mil)
    Worst Live Gate Pre-TUF 1 Finale: UFC 44 ($128 k)

    UFC Live Gate Average: $2,958,413

So Conor headlined six of the top 8 cards. Impressive.

Are you making a point with this or is this just to give the nerds a boner?

UFC 216 the worst of the last few years, headlined by T-Ferg and with Mighty Mouse as co-main... kinda sad.

I find is surprising that the UFC and Co. aren't on Conor's ass begging him too fight again. Guy made the company like 50 million dollars

Why do people boast about Conor being on the highest grossing cards?

It doesn't make him the best fighter... he's just the best attention whore

Like all conor fans ... whores

person with an avatar of ed regurgitates information that would take so long to compile otherwise. Checks out.

25-35% of the live gate goes to other sources.

I think (and hope) that @ChaelSonnen was being sarcastic.

That's not the purpose of this thread, nor was it my intent. I was actually curious to see how the live gates of yesteryear compared with today's lives gates (25% of the top twenty live gates are from UFC 100 and earlier). I also didn't realize (or at least remember) that UFC 66 had a higher live gate than UFC 100.

All it means is he appeals the lowest common denominator better than almost every other fighter. :)

Jones and Silva being draws are fake news straight from Tel Aviv.

Lesnar has had several terrible live gates despite having high PPV buyrates.

UFC 116 - Lesnar vs. Carwin
    1,160,000 buys
    $2,000,000 live gate

UFC 121 - Lesnar vs. Velasquez
    1,050,000 buys
    $2,200,000 live gate

    Average UFC live gate?
    $3,000,000

Lol he's a luny. The thread has nothing to do with Conor until someone brought up that he headlines most of the top 10, and then goes on to call him attention whore...like Conor started the thread knowing immediately that it would get lointws out why the top 10 are in the top 10.

Guy has a serious hard on for CM and just wants to eat his beans IMO.

Wow! Where did the source for this come from? Not seeing it in the post. It's late so it's definitely possible that I'm over looking it. Also, Cowboy Bebop is the bomb diggity.
