Has Aldo ever been taken down? Haven't seen the latest Edgar fight but I can not recall him ever being taken down. Mind is hazy on his Mendez fights as well.

Thought so just couldn't place it in my head. Thanks for the reply. With that said I have to say BJ in his prime. I could have taken BJ down in his last fight with Edgar. That stance was just awful.
 
I love watching Aldo, and I seriously think his TDD is insane. But I look at Aldo and Penn as similar size guys, Penn MAYBE a little bigger naturally, and there is no way I see Aldo fighting off a prime GSP's take downs for a full round. The way Penn used to stuff GSP and Hughes was just on another level entirely. Penn is Goat TDD.
