Watching Chookagian, I was reminded of Dillashaw vs Garbrandt. If you can style like T.J. then you can wreck a much faster fights like Shevchenko (maybe not Bullet she is a beast)

I wouldn’t call Chael slow twitch... good call on Randy. My vote is still T.J.

How the hell can you tell what muscle type fighters have? And where in their body? location matters just as much as composition.

    Uhh,

TJ dillasnake is fast as well - his style was enhanced by the PEDs he was taking. High volume power shots, and never ending conditioning.

How the hell is TJ “slow twitch”? His footwork is fast as fuck and he has KO power.

Real answer would be Maia, Shields, Diaz Bros.

    Slow twitch = no explosiveness
They usually lack punching power but can fight for days. The Diaz brothers are the the classice slow twitch fighters, but Jones is the GOAT slow twitch fighter.

Ok. You might have beat me there. But I still like watching TJs style even more than Diaz bros

By how dark their skin is. You would think a fast fighter like TJ would have a lot of fast twitch fibers, but you can tell by his blonde hair that he is a slow twitch fighter.

You wouldn't call Chael slow twitch but you would TJ? Weirdest thing I've heard in a while.

Max Holloway. He's not explosive but he's technical and crafty.

Luke Rockhold?? Guy is super athletic, strong as hell and hit really hard but he's not very explosive and was more of a precision striker than a power puncher.
