Your best bet would be the used route, if you're looking to save money. TradeMe always has a few for a decent price. That's where I picked up some during my stay in NZ.

I didn't look to see who would ship or only allow pickup. Good luck, and if you're not dead set on TWINS, you might find a decent pair of Fairtex, Top King, etc... I snagged a new in box/tags set of TWINS for $40 once (but I got lucky there).
