He was just on a different level before the weidman fights.
Remember the way he beat leben, bonnar, forrest and Vitor? I know they're not the same quality of opposition as some of Jon and gsps guys but ffs It was like he was operating inside the matrix. I don't ever see Jon, GSP or Aldo beating guys the way anderson could.

He beat solid opposition and for the most part, made it look easy. He went ages without losing a round as a champion and simply dominated everyone he fought until hendricks. His lack of finishing was the only drawback.

Fantastic opposition and great finishes. When it comes to title defences, I don't believe he's as dominant in his wins as GSP and Anderson were. He's still dominant, but he doesn't really toy with people.
