I'm posting here for advice or suggestions on other post workout meals to eat? I usually do 1-2 bananas + 2-3 scoops of whey depending on the intensity of the workout. Preworkout is always 1 scoop of whey + an apple, sometimes 2. So again my question is, is there anything else better to replace or to add? Or should I continue with the same pre/post workout meals (if it aint broke dont mess with it right?)
a blend has been shown to be a bit better, but its splitting hairs i take oats + egg and whey protein personally. maybe vitargo if i train 2x that day some will say fructose isnt optimal, but fuck it, i think its ok
