I detail this in The Anabolic Index, complete with anabolic scores for the top foods. There should be no surprise that eggs and meat come out on top for whole foods.

cottage cheese is a very good protein source unless you are watching your sodium intake. a good cheap source of protein is a good ol' glass of milk

The basic answer for 'How do I Protein?' is 'MEAT! :icon_chee ' Beef is protein, chicken is protein, fish is protein, pig is protein, human is protein, anytime you put something else's muscle into your mouth, it's protein.
