    No offense but you should really try searching around, but in general MEAT, Eggs, and protein supplements.

    I have browsed these threads for a while and found the FAQ's to be extremely comprehensive. Take a look at 'em even use the search function and I bet people here will be more cordial to your questions

    I detail this in The Anabolic Index, complete with anabolic scores for the top foods. There should be no surprise that eggs and meat come out on top for whole foods.

    cottage cheese is a very good protein source unless you are watching your sodium intake. a good cheap source of protein is a good ol' glass of milk

    Quinoa is high in protein. I substitute it for rice sometimes.

    The basic answer for 'How do I Protein?' is 'MEAT! :icon_chee '

    Beef is protein, chicken is protein, fish is protein, pig is protein, human is protein, anytime you put something else's muscle into your mouth, it's protein.

    A bitch to cook in large quantities though

    A game bird being the best (I would say some fish tasting beef on a bird who is game, but thats a bit sick and misses off turkey...unless she has a turkey neck)
