Best Non-American/Non-Bazilian Fighter Currently in UFC (by Weight Division)

I was thinking of asking this just broadly, but thought it might be a more interesting topic if we opened it up to all weight divisions.

The reason I say non-American/non-Brazilian is because countrymen from each of these countries have really dominated the company since its beginning.

I'll let other folks speak first because I'm sure some of my picks would get laughed at. Although I'll say that it is tough to argue against Joanna Jedrzejczyk for the WSW division lol.

Also, to clarify this is at their current level of skill/physical ability (though that might come in handy when discussing CroCop haha).
