I voted Taxi Driver, but I like Raging Bull just as much. Casino and Wolf of Wall Street are up there.

Casino is what happens when you think doubling down on something makes it better.

Goodfellas was the better period piece despite Henry Hill being a gigantic liar. Scorsese got everything right his first time up to bat and didn't fumble nearly as much. The worst thing about Goodfellas is the beloved "you're a funny guy" restaurant scene.

There's no bigger blunder in that film than that scene; yet people loved it. Thus the worst shot in that film is still excellent relative to most films.
