6 oz lettuce
12 oz chicken
2 oz TGI Friday's Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 packet Old El Paso Taco Seasoning

1. Combine strips of chicken and taco seasoning, refrigerate overnight
2. Grill chicken, Heat up dip
3. Mix lettuce, 1/2 tray of dip, and chicken

THIS SHIT IS DELICIOUS, but fear not I did the nutritional facts on it and it is not bad

8 Carbs
6 Fiber
32 Protein
 
sounds pretty good, I'll have to remember to save some dip next time I go to Friday's.

This can't be right. with protein alone, 32 grams is 128 calories (4 calories per gram).

Most chicken also has fat with it, even if you trim it. And I'd be surpised (although I don't know) if the artichoke dip had zero fat in it (to keep the calories this low, it would have to be zero fat.

The dip itself has 3.5 grams of fat and 45 calories by itself.

Lastly, where does the 6 grams of fiber come in? That is quite a bit for this recipie.
