As stupid as this sounds, one of my favourite UFC jabs belonged to Tank Abbott. He'd throw the up jab with enough power to fuck guys up. He knocked Frye across the octagon with one.

Mousasi and masvidal first came to mind for me. Moose has won fights with mainly his jab

Mousasi has a great one. GSP is obvious (when he fought). Conor has an underrated one. He only showed it a bit in his second fight with Diaz, but it was accurate and stiff.
