I've finally made the decision to get back into fighting, and I'm trying to put on a bunch of weight in the process. I'm going to be eating lots of chicken and fish, but I'm wondering what kind of veggie is the best to eat if you're a little guy and going to be putting on a significant amount of mass? While we're at it, what fruits would you eat? I'm going to be doing far more cardio at fist than weight training.
I would do also include beef and eggs as they are more calorie dense and have more saturated fats and cholesterol. I don't think theirs such thing as bulking veggies. The best kinds are good for everyone.
veggies promote a healthy digestive system, i eat them with every meal. i eat brocoli, spinach, or carrots
greens+ is the nastiest shit i have ever taken. i mixed it in with my chocolate protein shake. now i eat regular vegetables because they do not taste nearly as bad as greens+
Rice makes you gain weight? I thought sushi was a smart choice for eating out, maybe ill have to change that... was a bit OT sorry.
