Who do you think it is? I'm not just talking about jiu-jitsu, but also overall skill, quality of competition, and performance.

I'd have to go with Rolles Gracie Jr.

Royce made the biggest splash because of the timing he fought

Renzo has been big in MMA overall

What about Rolles though? He easily fought in the most skilled era and would easily handle all the other Gracies due to his size/strength.

Rickson was the most skilled and he competed in pride, but his prime is more myth that you have to believe in order to choose him. I believe enough of it to think he was the best Gracie.

I would just personally give the nod to the other guys but not saying you are wrong either

I do believe it just because of how much respect other fighters/BJJ guys show him, he is talked very highly of

Unfortunately for him nobody besides hardcore/old school fans know who he is

Just with how Kron has turned out, I believe Rickson was just as good as everyone says he is.

Rickson, although he didn't really fight long enough to have a lasting impact. It would have been interesting to see him fight guys like Bas, Marco Ruas, Ken Shamrock, Oleg Taktarov, et. al. I guess we will never know how good he really was, which is a pity.

I really feel like Renzo is the only one that made an honest run in MMA. Royce didn't really compete much after his UFC stint and Roger never seemed to really adapt his game. Everyone knows that Rickson is the master Gracie Jiujitsu practitioner, but he never really fought in MMA.

The problem is you really cannot pull of the stuff in an MMA fight you can in a BJJ match

Everything changes when the ability to get punched in the face is real

No love here for Rolles? For me it's Rolles, then Royce...

Rolles Royce
