best foods to eat b4 training?

like the title says what are the best foods to eat..im starting training like 3 to 5 days a week and i sometimes get really sick to my stomach i drink plenty of fluids i jsut need to know what are some good snacks and what not to eat a hour so b4 training
 
i eat microwave oats with milk, a little honey or brown sugar, it's good stuff!
 
Anything high in complex carbohydrates and protein, and low in fat.
 
Scrambled egg whites w/lean grilled chicken breast and brown rice is great, as an example.

Yup and finish it with anything fruitish.

And don't like this right before training.
 
Id go with Madmick's two hours before training and then Ted-p's about an hour before.
