Many people say the French are the best cooks in the world.

But I'd question if French food is the best in the world.

So - question:

What IS the best cuisine in the world?!

- Is it Italian with their amazing pizzas and pastas?
- Indian with superb curries, mango chutney, poppadoms?
- Chinese - crispy beef, chow me in and oodles of noodles
- Japanese - sushi niguri rice balls
Middle eastern hummas, falafals, hot pots tangines
- American ribs, burgers, macncheese
- British pies, roast, fish and chips
- Spanish chorizo and paella

What else could be considered national identity foods and maybe best cuisine in the world?!

Indian is up there. I went to a vegetarian Indian place and dinner was like 12 courses. Every dish was amazing.

It's a little like Chinese where you have to have tried the real stuff or else you assume it's all gross crap
