I agree with most, but I think that if we are talking about the best, objectively:

Japan: Okami
Korea: Stun Gun

if we are talking about who was/is the most exciting/entertaining/charimatic/relevant... then I would give another answer, but talking just about the sport of MMA, no one has competed at the highest level for so long (adapting to the evolution of the sport) as Okami and the Dong did, at least for the moment.
