Shawshank was perfect. As the camera pans out and we see Red walking on the beach to his friend.

Breathe (Respire) - 2014
The Descent - 2005 *not the edited one
The Fly - 1986

Ive always like the ending to the original
The Wicker Man

Can’t post the entire clip because of nudity, but 10 to Midnight is my favorite. Classic Bronson at its best. Here's a partial without the perp's bare ass.

Cliffs: the perp's lawyer has coached him on copping an insanity plea and Bronson's had enough of that shit.

Honorable mention to the original Planet of the Apes.

This is one of the great cinematic endings, and one of the great endings of all time.

The ending of The Killing Fields is beautiful and touching. The 2 main characters are finally reunited after the horror they've endured, with John Lennon's Imagine playing in the background!

Another ending I love is The Good the Bad and the Ugly, with Clint riding off with all the loot as Eli Wallach, tied up in the cemetery, screams at him.
