Perhaps, Rose is pretty alpha and it gets her into trouble sometimes.

Tank is not the most sociable, like his owner. Try to take him to the dog park and he just plops down and looks at all the other dogs like they're stupid. He generally plays well with his others when he wants to though

Tank is such a great name for a boy dog.
I picked Rose because I knew she was going to be tough and I wanted a feminine name to balance it out.

Yesterday my lil guy Gufe’ had spa day with the ladies. Bath, massage, Hair cut, nails done, & anal glands cleaned.

Just turned 3 years & been pretty awesome actually: a happy, chill companion.
He’s a bit of a chick magnet as well. Worked out well for me getting him.

I have wanted one of those Shiba dogs for a long time. I hear they are very cat like.

It’s true, to a degree. My guy is affectionate & loves public attention, but he’s still a shiba.

As a breed Can be very stubborn & territorial too, mine not so much.
Very clean though & doesn’t really bark at all unless perceives a threat.
Show dog parents though; if you do plan getting one… (like any other breed) inspect the parents, talk to the breeders. You’ll get a good idea of what u are getting, temperament wise.

They aren’t labs or retrievers, which is okay with me.
Maybe the aloofness tied to Japanese cultural origin, I dunno.
He & I are on same frequency or what not, so it works well.

This is Mac, he was the best dag in the history of dags.
Not only did he look cool with shades on

But he was an excellent hunter as well.


He loved the beach also

He was the most gentle dag in history I'm pretty sure
