Best DL form?

Beautiful form for such a heavy lift. I swear, the whole time I was thinking "this is a trick, I bet this video is of some guy ripping himself into two pieces after attempting a deadlift".

I bet this is not the norm for heavy pullers though. I just can't imagine going balls out without sacrificing a little form.

What kind of snatch was it? he didn't jump under the bar and OHS it.....it was freaking insane....that bar should press charges....

It's because he's was an olympic weightlifter. All weighlifters do clean style deadlifts, no humped back. Raimons Bergmanis was another strongman, ex olympic lifter that did deadlifts the same way.

The snatch was a muscle snatch, no dipping to catch, press it out.

He used straps and that made me sad.

But he's stronger than me, so I can't really complain.

Once you go beyond your own comprehension, safety definatley becomes a huge factor. All the straps do is help secure his grip that must already be up to par given the fact that he is lifting 900 lbs cleanly.

Dont be sad Goode!

I know WHY he's using the straps.

And that doesn't change the fact that he lifted a LOT very cleanly.

Straps = teh evil. That's just the way it is for me.
