Best creams or oils for healing scars?

nope, had the surgery 12 days ago and I'm feeling awesome. I feel better right now that before the surgery. I am walking, doing stairs and I can't pretty much do everything for myself. My pain is minimal, it only hurts when I wake up because of laying on my back all night but other that I feel really good.

Excellent! Just take it easy, just because it feels good doesn't always mean it's completely healed.

I know, I get told by all my friends all the time cause they know how I am. All I am doing is walking and resting. I understand my limits and I am def going to take it slow. I think the key is listening to my body but I def feel good.
