best BJJ fight to show to newbies?

If I want to explain to someone who knows nothing what BJJ is and why its fun, what video should I show? A recent match from mundials/panams would be great since I have them on DVD and the youtube fights/old material are in such a bad quality. And if you can see the points scored it is even better...

some features a good video for this purpose could have:
*good quality
*not more than 5minutes long ?
*ending in a submission, so that is is clearly seen what happends if the other one doesnt tap for example: a clean armbar with some struggle before the tap
*both opponents should do some techniques on eachother, not making the match a one-sided war
*spectacular sweeps/takedowns/acrobatic movement
*the guys being blackbelt, to show off the best level of BJJ

starts off a bit slow but gets fast paced and is prolly more entertaining to a newbie who won't see the intricate details those slow but very technical matches.

one of my favorite matches when I started Jits. PORRA!
I agree with the last post though a newb won't really appreciate a match because of the technicality. I thought Jacare's HL was the shiz when I first got in to it, I think it shows the exiciting side of jits.

It's not really a fight, but Rickson and Royler did a bjj demo at a Pride event years ago. They demo self-defense with and without weapons, then they do a light spar. I've shown that to people who ask what bjj is like. It's good quality.

show them a highlight and not an actual fight.. FIghts are quiet and only make sense to someone who knows whats going on

101 submissions is a good video i show people.. It has punk rock, or rap music and lots of submissions.. People automaticly think jiujitsu is liek skate boarding when i show them that vid.
