Why do people associate great athlete with the ability to play a major sport? This sport is full of amazing athletes. Just because they don’t fit the body type that the major sports require, doesn’t mean they are B-level athletes in comparison.

Because they're retarded. A guy I know was one tenth of a second away from qualifying for Olympics, yet people here would probably call him a D-level athlete, being that he cannot catch a football.

Maybe not #1 but GSP is up there, hard to compete with him on pure athleticism.

You think because of his football background he won't be able to be taken down...that mixed with his athleticism?.....I say technique wins over that but I don't watch NFL so I don't know much about Hardy

You were right, he is wrong. Even if you follow his “reasoning”, don’t think Greg Hardy is a better “athlete” than Hershel Walker.

I mean hes gonna cut from 280 or so and hes strong as hell

In America, football is the most popular sport and has the biggest teams. The best athletes all play ball.

Only the best of the best make College

Only the best of those guys go pro

And hardy was a major standout in pro ball. Hes a very high level athlete
