I wonder why nobody out Rickson. I train where Braulio Estima trained, under his master Ze Radiola, and master told me that when they met Rickson they were shaking and Braulio could barely hold the camera right, and that he would die without ever seeing anybody even come close to what Rickson showed him on the mat, that Rickson was phenomenal and unsurpassable.

Rickson had to come in this list some time. Number 1.

the 1st question has been answered...
for the 2nd, as you didn't ask about weight division, I will talk about the absolute division (open weight) and base me on what I saw at the bjj world cup and the mundial (so this is bjj, not grappling), and also on the year 2004
