This was awesome to see. Muhammad Ali interview, and out walks Mike Tyson and Sugar Ray Leonard. And you could see Tyson was in awe of Ali. Good stuff.

A very very obviously coked-out Van Damme, at the peak of his fame, riding the wave of his own stardom. I remember watching this when it aired. It makes it sad to know how hard he crashed a few years later when reality set in. But always love JCVD and I'm glad he's makin his comeback.

It was always great when he had wrestlers on cause this was back in the 80s and they would stay in character the whole time. Arsenio always seemed to be having fun and playing along with them while most talk show hosts can get kind of snarky with that kinda thing. I recall seeing an interview with Sam Kinison that was pretty funny just because of how crazy Sam was.

It was a different type of late night show - that's for sure. he was the king of cool 1988-1993 but you knew that you would be looking back on it 20 yrs later shaking your head.

He both jumped the shark and peaked when he introduced the Paty Machine with Nia Peoples.
