Big Nog retired and at one point Anderson, Lil Nog and Machida were all under USADA suspension so I think they might have disbanded.

It's ATT ( American Top Team) not American Telephone & Telegraph Company.

If I was a fighter I’d want to train at Team Elevation with Bang Ludwig. The guy eats, sleeps and breathes MMA. Totally immersed in the fight game.

10th Planet is a good one. Not a pure MMA Gym but well respected nonetheless. Tony Ferguson's grappling home, Joe Rogan of course, and helped Shinya Aoki with his game. I don't know about worst.

Team Alpha Male produces shittalking tattooed sore losers. They don't deserve Chad Mendes or Sage Northcutt, that place is all show no skill and it's probably the only gym that I really dislike. They are great punching bags, I literally enjoyed every second that Jeremy Stephens smashed that goblins face in with elbows and knees talking all his bs "durrr Urijah Faber says im champ material!" yeah hahahaha just like he told Cody that he could beat TJ swinging like a dunce. Andre Fili lost in a SD to Michael Johnson and he cries on instagram becasue he didn't get the nod. Fucking lazy ass thought he won the fight with one long ass unsuccessful RNC attempt and half assed strikes I was happy to see him lose and im not even a Johnson fan.

American Top Team and American Kickboxing Academy have been producing alot of monsters lately in both Bellator and UFC. Alliance MMA has some pretty good names. There's no real solid gym in Australia but I love aussie fighters, Whittaker and Hooker are my favs.

    ?

Even if you don't like the fighters there how can you call Alpha Male losers?

Current UFC Champion Dillashaw started his career there, former champion Garbrandt, former #1 ranked Featherweight and HOF'er Faber, perennial top contenders Mendes and Benevidez also started their careers there.

Alpha Male has a douchey vibe but they have produced and cultivated a tremendous crop of talent.

American Top Team probably has the most stacked roster overall, but there are several quality gyms out there.

ATT use to be the best when Liborio was involved. Now, it's a gym filled with egos where champs or former champs go to ruin their careers, Robbie and Johanna are examples.

Faber doesn’t seem like all that good of a coach/mentor/manager, from what I see he just tries to pump up his fighters before they are even ready and he gets them hurt and messes up their career Josh Emmett hasn’t fought since Stephens and Cody dicked himself out of a title shot for years now being convinced his loss was a fluke. TJ credits his coach Dwayne Ludwig and they both left TAM together. So I wouldn’t give Faber all the credit.

I really meant SORE loser/competitors. Meaning I don’t like the way they act before after and during the fight.
