Nothing wrong with that, but looks like he is fully aware that he has absolutely zero chance of winning this fight.

Berto is gonna go full tilt. It just so happens that Floyd probably won't KO him.

I've never seen Berto quit on himself, and have no reason to think he does here.

    That said, Floyd 118-110 UD.

A little unfair to say the same guy who fought most of an entire fight with only one arm would show up just for a paycheck. Dude doesn't have a great chin or tons of skill but he always showed heart and fought until the bitter end win or lose.

    Give him some credit.

I have no problem with Berto getting a good pay day. He was protected to a certain extent for much of his career, but that isn't his fault. He's been in a lot of entertaining fights over the years.

    yeah, no shit...

Berto is in that very fortuitous position of "nothing to lose, everything to gain."

    1) Biggest pay day of his life. he can retire after this fight if need be.

    2) no one expects him to win and he's fighting one of the best fighters of all time, if he loses, no one will really blink an eye.

    3) If he wins, it will be one of the most profound upsets in sports history.

    Berto just won the lottery.

I'm not watching this stupid fight. And I don't usually bet. But I'll throw $50 on Berto. Why not?

Berto might pull a Rocky Balboa...

crazy things do happen in sports....

granted, a Berto upset would be one of the craziest of all times. It would trump Tyson vs Douglas, or the Miracle on Ice in my opinion.
