I believe it's time for me to finally start a new log. I'm working with the 5/3/1 program and am still trying to work the bugs out and zero in my rep range.

Quit because my vagina started to get all achey.

I think I erred on the side of caution with my max to get my training weight for the 5/3/1 program so I did some singles to help recalculate for next month.
1@190 (old max) 1@205 1@215 1@225. I think I can go higher but the set of 15@160 took the life out of me.

Kettlebell breathing ladder compund set Front squat 60lbs made it to 8 breathes then went to KB swings with 40lbs made it to 11 breathes.

round 2 front squat 60lb to 7 breathes then 40lb kb swing to 8 breathes. Awful.

pushed truck 40 meters followed immediately with pulling truck using a modified rowing/pull movement back to start line. did this 3 times (5 min break between sets) and immediately vomitted on my shoes.... then again will filling up at the gas station on the way home.
 
Had an ART session this afternoon and I think I'm officially crippled. Hurt so good.

Thanks for that Foz. I had a buddy that went to school down there in Brisbane for his masters and played a little rugby for one of the club teams until someone freaking crippled him, no worries though, it wasn't really suprise as he always turned to fine china when he stepped out on the pitch.
 
No it was multiples sets. I would do them between bench sets because I was in a hurry to get last nights workout done. I was short on folks on my account yesterday so I sent out all my drivers which meant I was stuck loading semi trailers full of refridgerators by myself all day so I was freaking exhausted by the time I got there. My body is broken today.
