Bernie paying for all his stuff

The only people that champion socialism are the dregs of society and those that have never felt it. My mother would still be alive if it was for socialized health care and I won't buckle because you posted the worst insult I've ever seen.

You also won't engage on any grounds where we could actually debate.

You define socialism in a way that made our country a socialist country from the 40-70's, where the most unregulated bank in the world in Swiss banking, is socialist.

Like I said, you have the intellectual depth of a puddle.

stop resorting to ad hominem.

What? Your argument is ridiculous and you basically just insult me. I have tasted socialism. Please debate me on it. I welcome it. Socialism is lovely in theory but it fails in practice. I will debate this issue. And you claiming I won't somehow makes you right?

Our country? I am from a socialist country. I assume you are American? I am not American so it is not OUR country.

Wait. You let a family member die for lack of adequate medical treatment and you call me a failure?

My mom died because she was scheduled for a colonoscopy but the waiting list was several years long as we have a socialized health care system and many people that didn't need the same tests were ahead of her.

Funny thing was we received 3 letters confirming an appointment for a colonoscopy in the months after she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I'm sure you can imagine how fun it was reading a letter saying she could have that test only a week after we were told she had 6 months to live. Wish she made it those 6 months.

Don't mind you making fun of her. I have a thick skin. Just don't claim the moral high ground if you do.

Sounds to me like the thing to do would have been to shell out the money to get her in to private doc. If you hadn't been a failure under your own standards, that is.

Isn't an option in my country. Illegal to do that.

Where the fuck do you find a private doc in a socialist country?

If you hadn't been a failure under your own standards, that is.

socialism doesn't really provide a lot of opportunity for financial success- which is why it's so stress-free for the parasites of society since they never even have those kind of aspirations.

he's an American idealist.

no real life experience- just wants to fantasize about being a good person because he favors an economic system that promotes equality (in theory).

doesn't have to do shit- doesn't have to break his ass to make a lot of money and funnel it into charities- just bitches about inequality on internet forums and votes for a maniacal socialist and poof- he thinks of himself as a good person.

America's full of these millennial fart-sniffers.

Taxes, taxes, and more taxes. Great. Now all the businesses and industry can flee overseas. And start taxing Wall Street so we can concede the fucking stock market to China also.

Not a single mention raising tax revenue by simply growing the economy.

I would be happy to debate with you. I don't believe I have insulted you, but made what I believe to be honest criticisms. Saying an argument lacks depth is not an insult.

Now, please define socialism for me................................

For instance, what is the difference between the FED, and partial government ownership of the markets?

Is partial government ownership of the markets socialism?

What do I mean by partial ownership......well the FED is partial ownership of the markets. JP Morgan, and BofA, are privately owned, the FED is supposedly ran by the government.....AKA partial government ownership........

that's pretty terrible, but truthfully our system in the states before and after the ACA weren't/aren't great. i was denied coverage at the age of 23 b/c i had a pre existing condition (damaged elbow from sports and they didn't want to cover any potential physical therapy). doctors at a prestigious institution (i won't name names) messed up my mother's MRI and then tried to cover it up.

at the very least the ACA covered pre-existing conditions, and in a social healthcare system people won't be crushed with debt b/c something happened to them and aren't insured.

truthfully, i don't know what a social health care system would look like here. it sounds great in theory, but we don't have a great track record with efficient government. the VA system was a huge scandal, for example, and so far i haven't heard bernie actually talk about what the structure will look like here. if we have universal health care, what are hospitals going to be like? are we going to have a bunch of county hospitals full of people with colds and flus and 9 hour emergency room wait times? are we going to have multi-year waits for live saving tests and procedures?

so stories like what happened to your mother really should be discussed. i also don't care for when bernie chastises us as being the only country that doesn't have it - just b/c everyone has it doesn't make it good.

it's why i actually like hillary's plan better, to work more on the ACA. i definitely don't want to go back to pre-ACA deregulation and have to struggle to find a provider due to pre existing conditions.

Scary that he considers himself a good person while indirectly blaming me for my own mother dying. I wish I could describe through words how it felt to get a letter saying your mother was approved for a cancer test 2 weeks after she has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
