I don’t have any regrets, You are given only so many opportunities in life. Whether you’re a reporter, whether you’re a PR guy, whether you’re an announcer – as a fighter, you’re given only so many opportunities in life. You have to run with those opportunities. Someone opens the door for you? You bust that door down, and you go get it. I’ve lived my entire life that way, and I think I’ll continue to live my life like that.”

“He’s a tough son-of-a-gun, Maybe a little bit tougher than I thought he was. Super nice guy, super chill, awesome, super respectful. We sat and talked afterward for quite a bit. Nice guy – tough as heck. Skilled, strong, and I don’t know what else I can say about him. (He) kicked my butt.

“Whether it’s 170 or 155, it doesn’t really matter to me, I feel confident I can do well at both weight classes. If it’s a while to get to a title shot or a rematch against Koreshkov, if that’s the case, so be it. No problem. If it’s 155 – whatever it takes, whatever it entails. I’m open to anything, really.”

I heard Will Brooks would like a chance to dance with the stars.

Damn, Bendo has balls, but PLEASE NO
Off Topic: I think the title should say "and not regretting fighting at 170."

Kinda obvious, but Benson should really fight at 155.
