Maynard will NEVER be champion at 155. His boring style and heavy hands won't get him past the rest of the top 5. I think Nate Diaz would submit him again. Bendo would toy with him before putting him out of his misery somewhere in the 4th or 5th round. He should fight Miller next--someone more on his level.

    In before Willin

Anyway, I think Maynard could give Ben a tough time. Can't do any worse compared to Diaz. Pretty funny that Sherdog, the media and fighters had him as the favorite.

Lol @ bendo finishing a fight, Maynard beats him down since bendo won't have the huge size advantage he normally has.

Maynard is far from boring, but I don't think he count take Bendo out unless knocks him out which very well may happen. Bendo has a great chin though.

Bwahaha. Good troll attempt. However most ppl know he shouldn't even be champ as he lost soundly to Edgar.

Yet you state that Bendo would win 9/10 times against Maynard. I guess the other outcome would be a draw, TS?

Maynard could be a very tough test. He is easily just as physically imposing at lw as bendo. Just a little bit different style of it. And with his crippling wrestling and bricks for fists it could be enough to take a win.

Even the most hardcore fan has to admit it would be a tough test....this is just straight up trolling.

Fan of both but I'd favor Maynard.

Maynard is too 1-dimensional to hang out with Bendo. He would be out-worked and out-struck badly. He is tough but Bendo is better than him at pretty much everything except wrestling.

Maynard looked more impressive against Edgar in their second fight than Benson in his.

Different fights. Maynard blew his load and couldn't finish Edgar. Edgar never came anywhere close to finishing Bendo. If you want to be the champion then you need to actually beat the champion. Edgar never came close to threatening Bendo and deserved to lose.

Nate would submit Maynard? lol. Maynard would outstrike more handily this time.

A Bendo/Maynard fight would be good though. I would slightly favour Maynard via the better hands and his TDD is better than Bendo's TDs. Bendo's kicks could give Maynard trouble but the kicks would also leave him open to getting taken down.

If you think Miller is on Maynard's level then you either havent seen their first fight and are talking out of ignorance or you did see the fight and are blind. Which is it?

True but the 1st time they meet Maynard will win and take his phony belt away.

    Edgar the true champ.
